Mio Katrineholm

The employees at Mio Katrineholm are okay, but Mio in general is awful. My fiancée and I had two big issues with them.nThe first issue was we were moving from Stockholm to Katrineholm and we found a bed at Mio online that we liked. We called Mio, told them that we needed it in two weeks because we were moving into a new apartment and they said no problem! So we ordered it online and selected it to be shipped to the Katrineholm store. We paid for it and four days later we got a call saying they actually couldn’t get it by the date we needed and that it would arrive TWO MONTHS LATER. We told them that wouldn’t work and that we needed our money back. They said they didn’t know to give us a refund from an online order and would have to call us back. Another week goes by and they finally reimbursed us, after selling us a product that they couldn’t even get.nThat was our first issue with them.nAfter we moved and bought a bed elsewhere, we thought we’d give Mio another try. We went to the showroom and saw a metal-frame, glass top table we liked. We bought it, brought it home and assembled it. It was very easy, with only 4 steps. During assembly we noticed the legs weren’t even the same length and it had a horrible wobble. One leg was at least 1 cm shorter. So we had to inconveniently drive back, just to get our money back.nWe have since bought everything at Jysk and have fallen in love. You get what you pay for, everything is delivered when promised or even sooner! and it’s all top quality! Don’t shop at Mio.

The goods are nice but expensive. Moreover, It does not take in account the people with limited income.

Crazy. Error on the invoice, went up and changed, completely ok, and paid what was not on the invoice, then received another customer's invoice but nothing written what I paid. Have to go up a third time. Not completely problem-free, how difficult can it be. but still nice staff
