Bought table and bed.nIts too complex to assemble them, specially table. Not recommended.nI bought another bed from Sangfabriken, its just soo simple to assemble.

Let’s return all the unsafe POKAL glasses to IKEA!

OK knowledge regarding kitchen planning, nothing more, nothing less. What gives a bottom rating is the abysmal customer service. Had several problems where, among other things, after sending out a quote, they found out that they had missed service fees which they failed to inform about at every stage, changed delivery days after what had previously been agreed upon, and after approving the quote, discovered that certain items were not available for delivery. The items that were not available were given a shopping list to purchase ourselves with the promise that the delivery cost would be included in the regular order. Once all the items were in stock, that promise was blown away with reference to IKEA's reservation that goods may run out.nnHowever, the above problem has been resolved after contact with the central customer service at IKEA, which is absolutely great to deal with. My bottom rating is directed solely at the planning studio in Växjö Grand Samarkand, which I will not visit or have anything to do with in the future.

Zero service! Balls forward to a colleague who will return in three weeks, because I bought the kitchen from her and not from the ones in Växjö.nrefuses to contact customer support to give me answers to a couple of simple questions.nIkea Växjö is completely pointless.
