Horrible experience with this company. The customer service is very unprofessional. They promised sofa delivery in 6 weeks maximum 8 weeks they advised but delivered in 11 weeks without any notice. When I asked them for explanation, they said: summer holiday season....nnNo joke...summer took you by surprise!? :nnI asked for delay compensation and they advised that I am free to cancel my order if I want...really? After waiting so long?nIt feels like they don't care if they loose a customer or two.nnAfter I explained that I cannot wait 8 weeks more to get a new sofa, they agreed to compensate 600sek :/nnAlso one interesting thing is that we bought the sofa for 11.995sek and that was discounted 7% from the original full price same as Orinocco fabric.nnNow they advertise the sofa as being discounted to 9995sek from an original full price of 16.995 sek.nLast month the sofa was still 11995sek. When did the price rise to 16995sek?nAttached photos to confirm Orinocco fabric.

Not even 1 star. I ordered in June to receive the chairs in September in the first week and only after I call in the last day for the estimated delivery, they did not know the exactly day and sent me an email later saying of another time to delivery in October. HORRIBLE times and no realist deliveries. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Bad quality and unprofessional and very expensive for what you get

If you could give zero, I would.nLooking at a sofa. It was not in stock, they gave us a date and would hold the viewing session in case they were extended. Will come next time then they deny both the delivery time and that the viewing sex has been sold and claim we made everything up. Now it is on the third invented date for delivery and the seller still claims we are making up the old delivery dates. Incredibly poorly done

Worthless. I call in to check if the item I want to buy is in stock as it says on the website that it is. Customer service now says it's out of stock when I called to check on my case. Canceled the purchase and will not shop here again.
