Title: Unresponsive to Customer Concerns - 1 StarnnI am extremely disappointed with the Peugeot Service Center's lack of responsiveness and accountability regarding my recent service experience. Despite the trust I placed in your establishment, my concerns have been met with silence, which is not reflective of the level of service I expected.nnOn 10th July 2023, I brought my vehicle to the Peugeot Service Center for a scheduled service and inside/outside cleaning, with an appointment set with J BIL Vaby. While the service itself was executed, the aftermath has been nothing short of frustrating.nnAfter my service was completed, I anticipated receiving a feedback form to share my thoughts on the experience with J BIL. However, it appears that my feedback holds no value to your center, as I did not receive any communication allowing me to rate or review my experience. This lack of acknowledgment is both disrespectful and indicative of a disregard for customer opinions.nnMy initial service appointment on 3rd July 2023 was postponed without sufficient notice, forcing me to adjust my plans abruptly. I believe it's only fair that the same courtesy of timely notification is extended to customers when there are changes on your end. My time is valuable, and this incident showcased a blatant disregard for it.nnI also reported an issue with my car's AC during my visit, seeking expert advice or at least a semblance of guidance. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive, indicating that no attention was given to the AC during the service. This lack of concern for customer queries contradicts the essence of quality service. A reputable service center should prioritize customer concerns and provide helpful insights.nnAdding to my dissatisfaction, the quality of the inside cleaning was far from satisfactory. While the exterior cleaning met basic standards, the interior cleaning lacked attention to detail. It seemed as though only a perfunctory vacuum was done, with little regard for the overall cleanliness. I've included photos for reference: Link to Photos. These images illustrate the subpar interior cleaning that I received.nnMy attempt to communicate these issues through my initial feedback fell on deaf ears, further highlighting a lack of customer-centricity. For a service center that claims to value customer feedback, this silence is nothing short of disappointing. A lack of response translates to a lack of accountability and a failure to address legitimate concerns.nnIn conclusion, my experience with the Peugeot Service Center has been marred by inadequate communication, dismissive handling of customer concerns, and a complete lack of response to feedback. This review serves as both a critique of the shortcomings I encountered and a call for you to reflect on your commitment to customer satisfaction.nnI implore you to take this feedback seriously, not just as a critique but as an opportunity to rectify the issues that tarnished my experience. Good service and the frontdesk staff is great with follow-up and helpful.nnBought a car and came back a few times for the annual service. Prices for the service is reasonable and you get original parts since they are a licensed dealer. The sales process when you purchase a car be done entirely online but also at the office.nnThey have also done a good job to fix faulty parts with no undue extra charges.nnDownside is the service workshop has a small team so you may have a longer wait for appointments. Rental cars are not complimentary during service so you either end up waiting for some hours on-site or pay for a rental. The number of rentals cars are limited so you have to book in advance. If you have to wait, there is a small lounge with complimentary coffee & tea. There is a sofa and a TV with local channels to help kill time. Else, I suggest you head to the near-by Mac Donald's or go for a walk.
Very satisfied with experience. Collected from the station by Behzad, he went through the car thoroughly and had excellent knowledge. I never felt that he was short for time and his enthusiasm made explanations interesting. Appreciated the follow-up call after 1 week as well and I have not been able to catch him out with any question yet.
They have a lovely office in Upplands Väsby 15 min away driving from my res. in Märsta. The staff on the counter welcome you with an outgoing spirit with open eyes and mind moreover they are pretty helpful. For example l've got a beautiful, clear and detailed three-pages proforma invoice for nearly 7 faults which existed in my Peugot 307 combi 2005. I must say that the prices were a little bit higher that l could afford but with no doubt l'd have got a nice and dependable and durable service for my car from their workshop. I'm grateful indeed!
