Be careful before you buy a car. In theory you have 14 days to resign but it costs too much. As all dealers, they do their best to sell what they have even when they are nice and friendly
They sold a car with a technical problem and promised that it will start working after driving the car for a while, since the car has been sitting in the store for a long time and the battery is out of charge. They also convinced me that the six month warranty will support me in case the problem was still remained. I drove the car for a few months but that faulty function never got back to work properly. It was even further disappointing when Autoconcept, the warranty company, didn’t cover the damage saying that first of all the problem was with the car before the deal and second the battery is not included in the warranty. I tried to contact the car dealer by phone and email just to inform them what has happened and remind them what they told me about the warranty before the deal but they never replied to my phone and my email. They didn’t respect a customer who needs support and I just wanted to consult with them. They are not responsible after the deal. I am so sorry for such a company.
I visited yesterday to buy Audi A6, I choose the car interested to buy that car but rude and unprofessional attitude of the sale staff disappointed me. They did not even welcome us as customer or give attention and did not listen to us. Their attitude was really really unprofessional
Good prices on used cars and fast customer service
Beautiful and clean looking but expensive cars, I like the volvos, BMWs and Benzes
