The service and qualified team makes a difference.
Good service and helpful staff. They tried their best to help when the FW upgrade did not work on my Volvo, but I still got some additional costs for a rental insurance and they where out of McDonald's coupons. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
15 minutes trying to find someone for information....none asked or even say welcome from a distance.... Just left disappointed.
A normal monday 2pm, I was out looking to buy a brand new car and nobody at the desk or offices, except for one person/sales guy at the entrance that was busy, I left after circulating for 15min
