I would recommend buying from a bigger dealership like Volvo Kista or even Volvo Kungsängen. They really value customers and provide excellent service, and they are well connected all over Sweden.nnFrom my previous experience with Volvo Kungsägen, I signed a contract to buy one car but decided to buy another model. Their management was super helpful and said I can pick any car from all over Volvo Sweden, and there won't be a cancellation fee. I bought the car from a salesperson at Volvo Kista without any hassle. I greatly appreciated this and felt valued as a Volvo Customer. Even though I had made a mistake and changed my mind, they still helped me!nnAt Upplands Väsby, I bought a Polestar 3, and the next day decided to buy a Polestar 4 from Volvo Kista. Upplands Väsby decided to charge me a cancellation fee, despite my requests at different management levels. I was told by a manager that Volvo has a clear and consistent policy for all customers that the cancellation fee should apply. I informed the manager of previous case, and also that their staff had clearly said that if I had bought from them, he would have cancelled the fee. Since, I've bought from Kista, I must contact the salesperson in Kista to request Uppland Väsby to cancel. So the policy is not at all clear and consistent. The manager didn't feel the need to respond after that. I can understand why lolnnThey valued money over customer, and only cared about sales at Upplands Väsby, not the entire Volvo. It's why I mentioned they sort of work in a silo.nnLong story short: Avoid small dealerships like this one!
Good service and helpful staff. They tried their best to help when the FW upgrade did not work on my Volvo, but I still got some additional costs for a rental insurance and they where out of McDonald's coupons. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

A normal monday 2pm, I was out looking to buy a brand new car and nobody at the desk or offices, except for one person/sales guy at the entrance that was busy, I left after circulating for 15min
