Terrible experience. Room was very hot at nights, more than 25 degrees. It's not possible to open a window and there wasn't any air conditioner. Pillows was a joke, mattress was under average. Bike's locker not safe, everyone that has a code has access with no other safety provision. Even breakfast was terrible.

A very accessible ski-in, ski-out hotel. We visited to ski and found two chair lifts just metres from the hotel entrance. Our twin room faced the slopes and we enjoyed the views.nnThe room was fresh and clean when we checked in. It is small and there was little space after moving in our luggage. Not much closet space either but the wall hooks sufficed.nnThe bed was soft, comfortable and the duvet thick. Extra pillows can be found in the drawer below each bed.nnWe were happy to find a spacious heated attached bathroom / shower. Good water pressure and ample hot water.nnThere is a flat screen tv with basic channels. The window cannot be opened so it gets stuffy especially at night. There is no room service so no clearing of rubbish no change of towels or top up of toilet rolls. To get a change, message the hotel or look for the cleaners who are usually there in the late mornings.nnNice touches with an external locker found at the corridor just outside of the room where you can place snow covered ski gear and in-room ski boots dryers.nnIt was a no fuss self serviced check in and checkout and we had our door code messaged to us at 1500 the day we arrived.nnBreakfast is included at the bistro. A basic Scandinavian spread of bread, salty oat porridge, cheese, ham, hardboiled eggs, capsicum, tomatoes, cucumbers, juice from concentrate, tea and coffee.nnThe bistro also serves a decent lunch and dinner and opens till late.

Simple but just what you need at an affordable price. Friendly staff and excellent food - both for lunch and especially the dinner.

According to the website, you get a good impression of the hotel, but once there, it was unfortunately a disappointment.nView of the mountain it says. You can see the truth in the contributing photo. Then you should know that outside the window there is a loft passage, so just about everyone who walks outside can see into the room. As if you walk right outside and see everything in the room. There is a blind, but then the room becomes completely black.nIt is a very small room with no hall or similar. When I took the picture, you can see from wall to wall how small the room is.nThere isn't even a bedside table because there won't be enough space.nThe fact that they have not cleaned properly so that there were faeces in the toilet does not help the experience.nI really hope the breakfast weighs up tomorrow!
