Clean and well stocked, good prices

AvoidnBought a grill set just before 5pm Friday 8 Aug 25. Got home 10 minutes later, opened the packaging and found that the shaft in the grill tongs was broken and that it didn't work. The reason is that the shaft is clearly too weak. It can be added that the plastic parts were hanging loose and it is simply a bad product. I went back and filed a complaint, about 20 minutes after the purchase. Unfortunately I didn't take the receipt, but I can almost guarantee that there had been no customer after me. They didn't want to take a return, they didn't want to give me my money back or handle the matter, because I didn't have a receipt. I then asked for my receipt, I had the card that had been used, but the man at the cash register didn't know how to do it. I left the purchase on the counter with a few well-chosen words and left. Taking in such an obviously lousy product and also stating that it has a 5-year warranty is pure fraud. I will not buy anything else from Jem o Fix.

Shopped at J&F today. Didn't feel good when I sought advice from a young dark-haired girl. Reacted like the customers were just stupid and a nuisance. Lacks all respect for the customer. She would be better suited as a sausage stuffer in a sausage factory. Maybe she suffers from arrogance or racism, as I have an accent even though I'm more Nordic than any Swede.nnIn addition, a pallet lifter stood in the middle of the walkway right by the cash register, for a long time, even though it was a bit difficult to walk past, the two of them didn't seem particularly busy.nnJ&M has been one of my favorites and have shopped with them for decades.nnBut now I also turn to Byggmax, Jula and Biltema.nnPreviously there was a very nice, welcoming and dark-haired woman in her 40s/50s. I miss her.

Bought 2 different Christmas villages with batteries. So cozy.

Great. Great that we in Klippan got Jem & Fix here. Today I bought an inner and an outer part for the valve in the basement.
