You have to know what you're doing because you won't get the right help here. Would have a zipper for a sweater. Brought the shirt to find the right color. Someone who worked there said that's where you should look and took out some lengths. When we measured the correct length against the shirt, I now realize that this zipper cannot be split... I should have thought of that when I was there, but I was directed to a stand where a lot of zippers were hanging so I thought it was the right product when they saw the shirt and it was supposed to be a split zipper...nThe receipt is of course gone so now it will only be more expensive to repair the shirt.

I know it's not common for it to happen but a little thing like that really made my day!nI was very disappointed when I should have realized my mistake.nThe only minus with the company is that you are not in Stockholm!! Best fabric store ever. Lots of nice fabrics and very knowledgeable staff. Can ask about everything and get reasonable answers even if they are not always the ones I want, but feel that they know what they are doing and want the customer to be satisfied. THANKS
