Jönköping Travel Center is the main and the busiest station for intercity connections in Jönköping. The current travel center was built in 1986. In 2001 a bus terminal was added. From the street level a big hall with some retail stores, fast food restaurant, and a public transportation office leads to an escalator that takes you down the train track level where another waiting hall with some more stores and cafes. The bus terminal, with its many stops, is connected to original building by a small shared hall. The travel center provides travel services to all over the country. In front of the travel center, the major stop for local buses is located. Many lines go through this stop and connect the travel center with all the city of Jönköping. Also in the station, a suspended walkway takes you, high over the train tracks, to the lake promenade.
Nice station, a lot of seats compared to other european stations. Very well organized and right on the lake so it had some nice view.
Nice and clean. Would be nice if the toilets were free and there was a better map of the station.
The train station and bus terminal. No tourist information center, no public Wash Rooms, all power sockets are disabled so if you have a smart phone with your electronic ticket be warned!
It's a average size station. In here ,there ıs one small market. So clean and organised place .
