Super good store

My dad had ordered two beds with headboards, went to pick them up and thought everything was included, but no! They forgot one bed even though we got two headboards with us so we had to go back and pick up the other one. Then when we were going to assemble the headboard they had given us the wrong color for the headboard so we had to return it a third time. And they said we would get reimbursed for the trips and get 125kr when you have gone two turns unnecessarily, what a joke.

Good 2 years ago. However, we have noted the current branch manager's careless service and unfriendly behavior on several occasions. We recommend going to another Jysk branch.

Went in and of course it was an impulse buy two chairs and a bench, apparently there was a sale on the bench, very nice and helpful staff

Had ordered an armchair through Jysk in Torsby because they didn't have it in Torsby. When we had driven 1.5 hours to Jysk Hagfors to pick it up, it turned out that they didn't have any.nThe store employee, Sofie E. didn't even apologize, she just got angry and said that we had to take it up with customer service. She wasn't willing to give us the one they had in the display or give us any kind of apology or compensation. I think they could have given us the one that was in the display as compensation, and ordered a new one for the display in the store.nWill never shop at Jysk Värmland again. I have never experienced such poor tableware.
