I picked up the car because there was no gate code, everything was explained clearly at the bureau, you print out the registration and watch the safety instructions, then follow the instructions and leave the same way.

Unloading the tanker truck is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Your truck and theirs are ready. The company is located in a larger, gated complex. You drive up to the gate and have to call the appropriate company. They give you the gate code and you're off to your destination, clearly marked inside. There's a registration office and they explain everything to you. You drive to the unloading site, and the operator will be there. It's very dusty. Unloading. Paperwork and departure from the company.
