Absolutely respectable treatment from the CEO towards young people in the industry at the Nordbygg 2024 fair. Really boring.

Best service and understanding for the customer.

Bought a pellet stove and a pellet burner from the company.nnError occurred and the stuff was sent back. The answer I got; The circuit board and more can, so they don't know 100% but write MAY have been incorrectly installed, the warranty does not apply in case of incorrect handling or incorrect installation. Then you send a juicy bill for the stuff, even though the parts in question are already installed upon purchase and not by us.nnWill never buy from this company again and do not recommend it to anyone.

We have bought a Vikingbio burner 10 years before, we thought that everything in Värmebaronen is in development.nBut now after 10 years we need help withnspring burner.nSo we look on the heating baron's website for a Service hotline, a list of Service technicians or something that will help the burner work again.nIgnition element, circuit board and all wearing parts have already been replaced…….. nothing !!!!nNo Service hotline, only phone number for seller.nIt's a disaster!!!nWho to call???nA strong Argument not to buy it again and look for a service-friendly brand !nnThomas
