Unprofessional, rude and not helpful. Terrible service all over apart from one nurse that was very nice and tried to help and listen. Have been yelled on by nurse on reception after she didn't even let me finish one single sentence constantly saying it is not her problem and it is Friday evening and so on ... I do understand health care is drowning and they are overworked but this is not behaviour that you would expect in your health care. Not mentioning I was prescribed wrong medication and all my requests been dismissed . Looking for different health center.

Haven't had any problems. Quick to get an appointment and good service.

They were supposed to talk to the doctor when he made his rounds Tuesday-Thursday. Then they would call me back.. it's been a month now and I called them 2 times and asked them to call me back.. still no one called.. incredibly bad

As bad health center. They cancel the same day you are supposed to go. Or the day before has happened several times. But the worst part was probably that I felt like a bouncing ball for a whole month, I sought help they threw me to an appointment then to the therapist then to the doctor to finally find out that I couldn't get help there. Simply ignorant. My partner is still waiting to hear back from the therapist who works there! Waited for almost 2 weeks beyond the time they said :
