Knivsta health center

This is a health care setting, but no one, not the staff nor any of the patients mask. When I seek health care, I am vulnerable and I expect to feel safe when receiving care, but there is no way I feel safe here when no one masks and there are always airbourne pathogens floating around.

So unbelievably bad that Knivsta Vårdcentral doesn't have any doctor's appointments at all when you call to say you want an annual check-up, sampling, etc. You apparently have to be very sick these days to get help.

The worst medical center ever.nCall at 8am to get an appointment for my 5 year old son who injured himself and get an appointment at 8.29am, when it's 9.45am they still haven't called.nI go by and ask what they are doing and the lady at the reception acts like a scared hare and closes the door instead of helping or answering questions.nWhy do they even have phone time thoughnWhatever you do, AVOID this Care Centre, they don't care about you or your children.

I have tried to make an appointment with them several times. Once I managed. Since I have moved from Stockholm to Knivsta, I needed to visit them to renew my prescription medications. They made an appointment for me, but then they canceled it because the doctor was sick. They wrote that they would contact me again with the new time, but received no response. The days went by and I ran out of my medications that I can't live without. I had to go to another health center because they couldn't care less. I am attaching the screenshot.

Was greeted by an incredibly warm reception from both nurse and doctor today even though I hadn't booked an appointment according to all the rules of the art Thank you for the great help everyone involved.
