Lasarettet i Enköping

To begin with, it was a nice meeting, helped to speak even in english language, we were happy. But everything changed after we saw that on waiting room there were only 5 residents waiting here… came on 18pm and got help only at 21:30pm. Awful waiting almost 4hours for consulting 5minutes.nnSecond time visiting same place2024.09.30. Same awful waiting. From 17 to 21:45 doctor still didnt show up. People are sleeping on the couches. Its really intresting place. We asked, how much time do we need to wait for the help tonight. Answer was maybe not the 4 hours… Does anybody knows what kind of situation is happening there? Enkoping doesnt have nightshift doctor or nobody wants to work and help people, maybe save some lives. 10 people in the corridor waiting for 5minutes consulting after sitting from 4 and more hours… embarassing.

I had a new knee replacement surgery at this fantastic hospital. From the moment I arrived until I left, I was looked after by the friendly staff in a professional manner that made me feel very safe.

Was there for day surgery of foot. The staff was fantastic, caring and available throughout the visit. Everything went according to schedule, have experienced extremely long waits at other hospitals and clinics. Live in Uppsala but would more than happy to go to Enköpings Lasarett if that option is available.
