If I could give 0 stars I would. Doctors at this VC have promised to send a life-changing certificate to the Social Insurance Agency on behalf of a relative for SEVERAL months. It doesn't happen!!! Lousy!

After suffering from chronic fatigue, dizziness and cold sweats for over a year – and being told time and time again that it was “just stress” without anyone taking the time to examine me properly – I felt both frustrated and discouraged. It was the first time in a long time that I felt seen and listened to in healthcare. Dr. Per welcomed me with commitment, asked questions that no one had bothered to ask before, listened carefully to my symptoms and took the time to explain his thoughts and assessment.nnIt wasn’t just the healthcare appointment itself that impressed – the treatment at the reception, the calm environment and the cleanliness of the premises also made a big impression.nnMany thanks to the entire healthcare center – and a special thank you to Dr. Per for your professionalism and genuine commitment!

Still have pain in my shoulder. Since December I first contacted the health center about my shoulder. The doctor who is treating me now. Says that it must take three months to get a referral, must first go to physiotherapy. I have already done that, could not treat me, was sent home. Now have to wait until three months have passed, then I can be sent for an x-ray. Had another doctor, Dr. Ulf Löwerncrance, the best in Byjorden's health center. I was very happy. There were no problems. But now I have to suffer from the pain, can't sleep at night, wake up from the pain in my shoulder. But I still have to wait three months. Spoke with my treating doctor a week ago, When I met him for another matter. Skin infection in the same shoulder that I have pain.

I have been super satisfied and did not understand all the negative things I have heard from acquaintances, but it turned out that they only care about those who have recently been listed. After being treated with ignorance and superiority, I am now listing myself at another health center.nI have been able to overlook the fact that the premises smell of sewage, but the treatment…no thanks!

Doesn't care much about the patient's well-being, guesses that grants and money are what's at stake here.
