Was called by the wrong doctor, plus he was nonchalant and terribly rude, and didn't know why he should call me, so the communication at this health center in Frövi doesn't seem to work! It really doesn't feel ok to go there, so probably prefer Lindesberg! Not a good first contact with this new health center!

The staff is usually very rude and gives the feeling that everyone there hates their job and helping others. Had strep throat and since I had taken Alvedon the first time they couldn't tell if it was strep throat or not, they didn't believe me either until they looked down my throat. Came back the next day with the same symptoms without taking Alvedon and the doctor was shocked how they could let me go without medication the first day. It is one of several examples where I have been treated strangely. Explains some symptoms on the phone and gets there and they examine me for completely different things even though I question it. Have been here as many times as possible both as support for others and as a sick person myself and can only name 2 times I did not feel unsafe and unfairly treated.

Worthless!! I have not once received help when I applied here, so I have therefore changed the care center to one that cares about its patients. Everyone should do.

Apologies for telling the nurse to get the hell off the phone..just wanted to come so I got a prescription for a urinary tract infection.nShe thought I should wait a week and maybe it will pass.. luckily I got prescriptions from elsewhere so you can go outside your home

Now I have tried this health center 2 times but now I give up. A terrible nurse called up as arranged. Has a negative attitude from the start and it will get worse. She should not be employed in healthcare. There are really nice girls there, but unfortunately, this woman considers the actions of some doctors and pulls down the whole vc.
