I've been applying for a tourist VISA to visit Kuba by email cause I do not have the opportunity to go the embassy cause I live far away from Stockholm. I applied for the VISA two months before my departure. I sent all the document that was needed to thier email, just the next day they replied that I've paid to littleI miss understod the amount that needed to be paid. Anyway I did the transaction of the remaning amount and sent a confirmation by email about it. I did not get any reply.nnI waited about one month and no VISA had shown up. I emailed them about this and got no anwser. I even called them three times. After another week I sent two more emails, one each to the email provided at thier webbpage. Still no anwser, and no VISA had arrived in my mailbox. In the end I've tried to reach them by phone about 20 times and sent them 4 emails about my VISA after the applicaiton without any anwser.nnAnyhow, now it's just some days to my departure and I got to get my VISA by a company that can preform it in a few days. This costs me a extra 625 SEK. I would absolutly not recommend this embassy.nnEven giving them one star is to much.
Imposible to comunicate to the phone number you provide at the page. Website is offline from long time ago. No way to get propper info before to go to the embassy. Thats bad service

The truth is that the treatment and kindness of this consulate has been something unique. Thank you with all my heart for the valuable attention you offer and especially to Marieta for her light and for the pure way in which she helps all people. It has been a long time since I received such cordial and genuine treatment!!!!!!!!nThank you very much
