First, when you dial the embassys number outside the operating hours the line cuts off directly no welcoming phrase about which embassy is it or opening hours so unprofessional.nIf you're not able to answer incoming calls why then having a number?!nTotal disrespect, don't know what kind of strategy it is or what approach you're using it's very absurd, unprofessional attitude.nHow come despite people's comments mostly negative and still this thing is going on?! No one consider reforming the whole inadequate establishment?!nStood in queue line over 2 hours and the last hour I was number 1 and repedetely I was reminded that they'll answer in 2 minutes!! I gave up after 2 hours and 20 minutes, been wasting over 2 hours and postponing my other activities! What a shame!nI've sent even a mail let see if you consider answering.

They are somehow helpful! But there is long waiting time on the phone, sometimes more than 5hours and no one picks the phone. No one replies to emails, i am waiting for 1 document from them it’s 5 weeks now and still they didn’t send it. Every other week i call with their standard answer “we will send it today” It’s just the worst service!
