Fantastic meat lovers restaurant which offers as well a wide and delicious variety of side dishes and sauces.nBig and stylish restaurant over three floors where the buffet is located on the ground floor, please keep that in mind when you book table and are struggling to take the stairs. Prebooking recommended, place is very popular. Large parking spot right outside.nYou will find three desks to choose your favourite meat. Some waiting time to be expected but never really long to get desperate. Select as much as you want, no three slices only restrictions…nPerfect family restaurant where the kids pay according their age, fair deal! And you will find an additional small kids buffet with kids favourite dishes, just in case.nQuite expensive for the adults but taking into consideration that it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet it’s alright. Wide selection of beverages, impressive.nStaff was very attentive, professional and friendly.

A fantastic experience. Service, cuisine, ambience, setting... all were completely on point. This is a great way to end a days skiing in Sällen either in a big group, family or with a special someone. This place caters for all. A brilliant yet simple concept too. Buffet was one of the utterly delicious. There was not on there that could be faulted.nHighly recommend Lammet and Grisen! I know I will be back if I ski Sälen again

A nice high end restaurant. But the meat is not worth the prize! Grate wine.nI ordered a Budapest and got to biscuits and some water ice cream. Good experience but not something I would recommend.

This is a buffet. A meaty meat meat buffet. 2 kinds of pork, lamb, and beef. There are sides that accompany each, and a small kid-friendly side bar with chicken, pasta, etc. The 3 floors of dining are a bit different, top floor is quiet with views of the slopes, ground floor is a bit loud, and underground floor is big but cozy. It's pricy but a worthwhile treat to top off the last night of holiday.

Pork, lamb and steak as much as your heart and stomach desire. Perfectly grilled and tendered meat. Highly recommended. Large wine menu. Maybe you can force down a dessert after that huge meal.
