I love Viktors! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is extremely cozy and elegant and the service is friendly and attentive. Most importantly though is that they’re extremely kind and welcoming to dogs in all areas of the establishment! Viktor’s is not to be missed when visiting Sälen!

Great boutique hotel, first time in Sweden so the staff were very friendly. Their restaurant is seriously underrated, they have great dishes and a good selection of wine parings with the dishes. Love that extra touch!nnMy partner and I stayed there for 4 nights, we skied 3 days and the button líder is just across the road from the front door.nnI have the celeriac at the restaurant and the truffle sauce was to die for with a Californian Cab sav, definitely recommend.nnAtmosphere is romantic with the low lights and candles, and the decor is on point. The pictures of the hotel don’t make it justice.

Went to the restaurant, was really great! Every dish we had tasted top notch and was presented very aesthetically! Definitely recommend!

Perfect location, brilliant cocktail/bar staff…..waiters/waitress are great! The DJ is amazing, and the pizza is the best!!!!!!

Fantastic. Highly recommend.nnI had dinner here twice. The first time I had the lamb sirloin with a sesame sauce. The lamb was perfectly cooked, and the sesame sauce was so tasty and matched the lamb stunningly. My friend had the fish with prawns, rice and cream sauce. Wow that was so good. So many great flavours combining so well. For dessert I had the licerise cremé brulee. It was just great. We had to come back again.nnSecond night we had the lobster bisque for starters with an intense lobster flavor, delicious. For main I had the salt-baked celeriac. I never imagined celeriac could taste this good. Wow. The flavours of the different components were great and complimented each other well. Presentation made you excited to eat it. My friend had the smash burger which was also great. For dessert the pecan pie, which was just as delicious as the rest of the food.nnInterior is cozy and staff very nice.
