Fantastic great service! My awning broke on a Saturday morning, called them and they had the part in stock that I need, but the workshop is closed on Saturdays. The lady at the checkout found a solution, and opened a workshop and got help over the phone to replace the broken part on my awning. This right before closing time on Saturday! I also bought new light bulbs and new wind stoppers for my awning, in total for everything including reparation it cost just over NOK 500! They go the extra mile to provide good service! Absolutely the worst service ever. I ordered a window for the caravan in May. I have called 4 times and asked if it is on its way. But no one knows anything and the person in charge of spare parts does not call. Now it's September and I can't drive home the house 30 miles from home
