WARNING, do not buy from this company!nHave shopped there and been treated very badly and blamed when the product was wrong. Both she who owns the company and her husband write their own reviews on Trustpilot where they give themselves top ratings. Bad behavior, so don't do a serious business!nRESPONSE TO THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE: The company's response is one of the stupidest things I have heard and it is incredibly low level to try to make fun of a customer instead of taking the criticism on board. It's just a proof of the bad treatment you get from them. I do not recommend anyone to shop with this company, there are other similar stores that are a thousand times better in terms of customer service! Too bad you can't give zero stars!

Do not shop here. I was not allowed to complain about a denim dress of obviously poor quality. They questioned my complaint and said that it was me who did something wrong. The holes were most likely already there when I bought it, on the back and down towards the legs. But I didn't see them until later. I have only used the garment a couple of times and know that I didn't get caught in anything. The treatment from their customer service was also really bad. Unpleasant and rude.

Would love to visit the place and went there last Easter. There were 10 of us standing and waiting for it to open. Nobody came. In the end, one of us called and was told that it is closed all Easter. The website stated that it would be open every 3 days.nExtremely bad. She should have thrown herself down and said I will come and open for you, but she didn't. The person who called was told that it is closed, which all 10 of us saw that this was not the case. Haven't been there since. I'll see if I go sometime.

I ordered via their webshop and the first orders went well. Then there was a sale and I was hungry for more so I ordered again. And again after a couple of days when they advertised an even bigger discount. I kept clothes from both deliveries but returned them in one package. Then they still want to charge for two return shipping! Arguing via email with all sorts of untenable arguments and refusing to give in. Writing that I'm rude The same day this started I ordered another dress but found out a second later that it was the wrong length so I emailed them straight away so they wouldn't send it. Now it's arrived anyway.. they mean it's 1-3 response days. You read an email that comes in reverse with the order confirmation before sending it?! And the same email address and person Cecilia, emailed me a few hours later and several times later the same day and the day after about the double return. Incredibly unprofessional! I would have liked to have continued to be their customer but lousy service is so boring. You want right to be right and everyone to be happy.nnI see now that you have answered. I understand that Schenker charges a fee for shipments but they hardly charge for two when there is only one… Which for some reason you insist that they do! And of course I understand that I need to pay for that shipping. And I have not questioned that you are lowering prices to make room for new items??nI think you should look at what you actually write in your terms of purchase, there is nothing there that supports what you are referring to.nAnd I emailed you about my incorrect order on Friday at about 12 and you sent the package on Monday, not right away. I understand that you are not able to answer emails immediately but since you obviously read them, you can reasonably inform the people who are going to pack that it has been cancelled? I have never experienced the fate of a company that is so unwilling to admit that they are wrong!
