I was supposed to pick up a DHL package and had a pretty bad experience.nnThe package had been damaged in transit and the person who helped me informed me of the damage and let me inspect the outside of the package, which I of course then wanted to inspect the inside to check if the goods were damaged and in that case make a complaint.nnI received a completely okay treatment from this person, but she was unsure how to handle this, so she called another person who I perceived as a manager and/or owner. This person had a rude and grumpy attitude and I didn't get much help other than a sour statement that I had to pay for the package or not pick it up and be responsible for the return shipping.nnFelt like I was a problem rather than a customer. If this is DHL's policy, it's of course not the agent's fault, but you could at least have afforded a nice treatment. As far as I know, I wasn't rude in any way, but rather tried to be nice.nnMaybe this was just an accident at work, it was late in the afternoon and we are only human, but please - think about customer service. I am keen that there should be a good service offer in Ljungskile, but this did not immediately make me want to come back to Lindboms Outlet.

Everything you can think of and more is sold here. A fun shop to visit!

Very friendly welcome and professional staff

Shop with everything between heaven and earth. Everything from candy and snacks to interior design. Much of what is sold here is krims krams, so half-good quality but cheap. There is also a parcel service, which I think is the reason why most people visit this place. Good place in Ljungskile.
