Ordered a coffin decoration for dad's funeral in October 2023. Got to describe dad what he thought about nature, birds, garden, etc.nWhen it arrived, it was an incredible description of dad in flowers etc. so fantastic!
Ordered flowers for a 70th birthday which were not delivered. When I contacted the agent, she had put the note with the order on the wrong day! Very unprofessional. Will not hire her again. You should have delivered 3/10 last year. You wrote that you could deliver the flowers the next day. Which will not be the same. We ordered from two families to be delivered. Terribly disappointed that they didn't arrive! But another person who ordered to the same person, it arrived. Still think it's bad style.
