Felt racially profiled at this Jula store. An employee followed me around , making me feel like a suspect for no reason thinking im stealing . Very uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

Terrible service at Jula at Nordbysenteret!nWe went back with a waffle iron that didn't cook properly. It took 10 minutes to get the waffle just right. The employee was condescending and dismissive, saying it didn't take very long and that it might have something to do with the batter. She said we should try it again. We had then used it for over an hour to get waffles ready for visitors.nnWe brought the iron even though it only cost a few hundred kroner because it didn't give enough heat. We were just rejected and left the iron in the store. Will not shop there again!
