End of the season means also an reduced menu, many of the items were not more available. For dinner we choose the salmon and the serloin steak. Service was decent en food preparation on time, the salmon was delicious and the sauce perfect. The serloin stake prepared ok, but the green Beens under prepared the stalks were stil on the beens and the baked potato’s way too salty. Once confronted the dish was prepared again and this time perfectly cooked.nnLocation outside with view on the ocean makes it a 5 star location.nnIn short, small menu at the end of the season, staff friendly but more occupied somewhere in the kitchen instead on the restaurant. Food decent to good, small mistake that was corrected decently.

Beautiful location. The hotel is situated on top of a hill with a great view over the Baltic sea. I was there at the barbecue evening during the high season. Chose the self service grill buffet so I had to que in line for the food for a quite a while. But it was worth it as the food from the buffet was exquisite. Stayed in the apartment and the interior was a bit austere and dated. One can expect more from the price I paid. Maybe the hotel rooms are nicer. Anyhow, it's one of a kind of place which should not be missed for the great food and the beautiful scenery.

Location has great view and food was fast and very good. I would recommend it as an alternative to battling crowds at the nearby tourist attraction. We had a party of 11 and were seated immediately. Food was prepared and served in less than 10 min.

Very nice service. The employees did translate alle of the menu for us. There is no problem to visit the restaurant if you are not a hotel guest.

Excellent food! Excellent service! Excellent view! What a great experience eating here on a summer evening. And then of course a visit to nearby Ales Stenar.
