One time my alarm went off in the middle of the night and before I could even get nervous Lövestad Larmcentral AB called me to check in. That amazing fast response calmed me down right away.

Stay away form this Company and their products.nVery unpleasant staff and they send you an invoice for the coming year and when you say not interested, they tell you well we have 3 months notice and you have to pay for the coming year anyway...nnA Company should be proud of what they do and help their customer, everyone should ban them so they learn to become a better company for their own sake.

Warning for this company, you can't get rid of them.nI terminated them in the fall of 2023, they didn't say it would be in writing. Got a reminder in the fall of 2024, terminated it again in writing, got a reminder this fall too.nBe careful with this companynMarie

Really unscrupulous! I would never use Lövestad alarm center considering the industry they operate in. There are many other better players on the market.

Incredibly bad company with horrible customer service.nnTook over a contract when I bought our current home but if I had known it would be so complicated to get rid of Lövestad I would never have transferred it. I get a call from them in 2023 where they offer to cancel my subscription in view of the shutdown of the 2g network or upgrade the equipment. Since I did not want to upgrade, I asked them to cancel my contract. When I now receive an invoice in 2024 and contact Lövestad, I am basically called stupid. Not once do they apologize or complain that the situation has become like this, but only show that the payment obligation applies until 2026. So now I am stuck and have an obligation to pay while they have no obligation at all to deliver anything on their part.nnIncredibly unserious company that only makes a living by signing long contracts with consumers that they cannot get out of. I can strongly recommend everyone to contact some of the larger players in alarms.
