I can buy that the range is worse than other hunting stores, but that the staff is ignorant and also rude about it lowers the rating considerably. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Jaktia has completely missed changing its opening hours here on Google, even Bring has incorrect opening hours in its SMS and on its website about when Jaktia is open. Nonchalant treatment when I called Jaktia and asked them to change this on their website after we were three disgruntled customers standing outside a closed shop and only saw the changed opening hours on the note on the shop door yesterday at 5.15pm. Have submitted a proposal for change now on Google, so hopefully more people will not have to go there unnecessarily after 5 pm. Looking forward to better service in the future, thank you

Picked up what I thought was my shipment. Came home and it turns out one it should have been two packages, really don't understand how it is possible to only give out 1/2 shipments?! So going there again today to pick up the package that they forgot to give out. Then they have shortened their opening hours without changing Google, so they close an hour earlier.

Ordered online, received sms avi the day before new year. Was going to pick it up on New Year's Eve, it turns out they're closed all days in between including New Year's Eve - plus Saturday the 2nd! Received a reminder notice both by SMS and by email on Sunday. If you are going to have an extradition, perhaps you should have slightly better opening hours than that!? And why do you get flyers when you can't pick them up? Bad service Jaktia.
