Malmö City Library

The city library in Malmö is a nice place to visit if you want to sit down and read something. There are a bunch of chairs and work places where you can get things done or just relax.nnThe architecture is interesting, with a modern addition to an older building. Of course there’s a lot of glass in the new part.nnAs for books, there are quite a few of those. But not as many as you’d think, considering the size of the place. There’s a lot of air. Still, you’re likely to find the classics and the popular stuff.

This library is really impressive, I enjoyed the time spent in here. You can find books in a lot of languages. You can read free of charge. The atmosphere is nice

I'm from The United States, and it occurred to me while at Malmö Stadsbibliotek Malmö City Library that the libraries I'm used to seeing are TINYYYYY in comparison!!! Wow. How remarkable it was to see all the knowledge that can be gained from having such a massive library!! And it was BEAUTIFUL!!

I ve been to the place a few times, last time went to get my reserved books. I like the computerized system of borrowing books with all the self service. A big place to enjoy books. Places to sit and read. Book lovers this is your heaven.
