MAX is always late open and a far better alternative to most other fast-food burger joints

Clean and modern fastfood.nSome seats and tables in front of Max Burgers to eat meal outdoor also .

It's honestly just meh.. the food is okay, not as good as other locations, as the staff makes no effort to keep it clean since it's dirty almost everywhere.nnThe floor is dirty almost everywhere, most tables aren't fully clean, at least every single time I've been there. I don't really want to return at all.nnIf it gets improved significantly in cleanliness and the food quality and taste match the other locations, then maybe but idk ‍

It was a very busy restaurant on our way to DK, they had supercharger that’s why we had chosen to eat there. The food was as good as other Max branches but the wc was a disaster, no cleaning was seen no toilet paper and the water ran through the toilet. If i saw it before i ate my food i definitely won’t be able to eat. keep in mind that it was a very busy day during the holidays, so i’m not sure about their normal days

We ordered and paid via the Max Express app and opted for table service. Unfortunately, the food was not delivered to the table. Instead it set at the counter until it was cold. When we walked up to the counter and asked about our order, the staff laughed at us and handed us the cold food. No one offered to help us carrying the large order or filling up the soft drink cups. Also, none of the employees really apologized. We refused to accept the food and after a lengthly return process we got our money back and went to another restaurant instead. Mistakes can happen, but companies must learn how to deal with them and their employees must take responsibility.
