You are best to avoid this place. It's dirty and filthy way beyond whats acceptable.nEverything that could go wrong, went wrong.nnThe pictures attached is from the actual dining area.nAlmost no clean tables in the restaurant. Cleaning is not something they do to often obviously, it was even worse when i went to look over the counter and in the kitchen. Total disgust!nnThe toilets? Don't get me started Toiletpaper and some wet stuff i do hope it was water everywhere. Disgusting.nnSo the food? Well.. I ordered Cola Light yep one of those but there was none. Only blank liquid coming out of the dispenser. Had to go with Fanta.nnThe food was takeaway btw, so we get in the car.nWhat now? Ffs, COLD burger. I mean like literally. How long this burger was waiting on the counter i can only guess.nSecond burger ordered 2 meals came out hot. My guess is that they took out the first that was no edits on. And it had to wait on the counter till the second that was ordered without tomato was done.nSo if you want hot food, i guess you should both edit the burger, or order separately.nnEither way, I am never going back. In fact, this ruined my whole Max Burgers experience.

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. The restaurant was in an extremely unhygienic condition: not a single clean table, food scraps and dirt on the floor everywhere. After I pointed this out, one of the staff members very reluctantly wiped a few tables, but even that was done with an obviously dirty cloth.nnThe restroom situation was shocking. It was completely filthy, and when one of the employees entered, she simply scanned her card on the device to mark it as “cleaned” without doing any actual cleaning. She then walked straight out without washing her hands and immediately went back behind the counter to handle food, including fries.nnDuring all of this, the two employees on shift kept chatting and complaining to each other through their drive-thru headsets, showing no professionalism at all.nnOverall, the level of hygiene and service in this restaurant is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a place that handles food. This location seriously needs better management and stricter hygiene standards.

A little dirty the place. @ MAX, pls check the pics provided

We like Max in general, but this place was dirty, toilet paper all over the bathroom floor and the sweet potato fry box was almost empty. When I asked an employee to fill it properly she said “that’s the amount you get”. At a previous Max we visited three days earlier we got double the amount of fries, without having to ask them to fill the box properly. Worst Max experience we’ve had.

Food was fine, they forgot our sause, and they used a long time for our order since they made many at a time. Frise were perfect!
