More than a grocery store !! Kids clothes, kitchen utensils, Kids toys and more. Located inside Burlov shopping center. Variety of freshly backed items are good here. Customer friendly staff , answered our queries and assisted to buy items.

I will write this in English so it will be available to everyone.nToday I went grocery shopping at ICA MAXI Burlöv. Got the stuff that has an item for hair coloring and it has a discount voucher. Went to self check out since there was lines and I started by adding a paper bag looked down couldn't find it. Asked for help and then a lady came to me and at the moment she reached I looked behind me and and I saw the paper bags at the other side and I told her.nShe started to scan my stuff without asking me but first I thought she is trying to help. I have a small shopping bag at the basket she opened it without asking for my permission and even she took the receipt out and looked at it then she tried to check out the stuff but she couldn't and I don't have a clue what she actually checked out.nShe failed to check out thing then she started thinking maybe because I hided something in my bag which was quite impressive for me but thanks this time she asked me to look into my personal bag. I opened my personal bag and of course it was just my computer.nFinally since there is nothing else she can search for then she asked for help from other college and she got it and she didn't continued blaming for the check out system.nnI went out and then I figured out that she didn't scan the voucher and I didn't know because she scanned my things with me agreeing on that and she sent me immediately after she fixed the issue to the payment window so I couldn't review what I bought.nnIt was unprofessional and I think it was kind of discriminations very bad customer service.

Love this place and the service... it is easy and acceptable

Your average ICA Maxi. Nothing great, nothing bad. Except the bakery. That is top-notch.

Store is good, but I got a ticket for 400 SEK for parking. It has been free parking for 30 years! Apparently changed this November.
