The person in the lawnmower department should be replaced, he gives abysmal service and is rude to customers and it's funny that nothing was done about him a long time ago, he is now so bad that people go a long way to avoid him.nThink he knows better than anyone. To be able to receive customers in the right way is to listen to the customer, you will find out a lot and can give a very good treatment and in turn customers back.
