Very long queuing time... Should have been a checkout for handing over ordered goods, it would have reduced queuing times a lot.

Nice staff at Väla, but customer service and website are under all criticism.nFirst, they don't always answer.nOnce you get hold of them, they are completely incompetent.nWould order a brake caliper for my Saab. There are two different sizes of brake discs. 20 mm and 12 mm.nOn the website, you cannot read which yoke fits which brake disc.nThen you call customer service and they say that the yoke I should have is for 12 mm. Good, I'll order and pick up the stuff. At the store in Väla, they can't say if it's ok, because they can't see it.nWhen I get home to change it, of course it's wrong.nYou have to look for more incompetent companies.nJust pack up, reassemble the old one and leave and return the stuff.nA lot of lost time and unnecessary work.nIf I could have given a minus, they would have received it.nNot a company I can recommend and the last time I shop there.

Scratched my rims, damaged the car because they lifted incorrectly and mounted one tire incorrectly.nnI have never come across a bunch of dumber amateurs than in this shop, you have to wait several hours to get this result.
