I am very dissatisfied with my last visit to Thomsen in Löddeköpinge.nnWhen I bought a washing brush there in 2026, I was clearly informed in the store that the receipt would be saved digitally. Now the brush had broken the glue in the handle has given up and I want to complain about the product, but instead I get the message that they cannot help me because I do not have the receipt.nnI have checked their system myself, and it turns out that only 3 out of 8 purchases are actually saved - despite being informed that everything would be stored digitally. This creates a big problem as a customer, since I trusted their system to save my receipts.nnAs if that were not enough, the staff had no idea what actually applies to the right of complaint. The person I spoke to was standing in front of me and had to google what applies, which does not inspire any greater confidence.nnIt feels frivolous and undermines trust when a store makes a promise that they then fail to deliver, especially when it affects the ability to complain about a defective product.nnI expect better handling, better knowledge among the staff and clearer accountability.

I had a lot of problems with my bike! I came in because my friend Gunnar told me that you have to go to Tommy Hansen's shop, they are good with bikes. I came to this shop for the first time, I don't know if it was Tommy himself who was at the checkout, but Wow what a service. The guy helped me with all the valves and the pump, I did what Tommy said today my bike is perfect. I also bought the scented tree for Toyota!
