Would like to ask a question about glass fuses.nWaited about 30 minutes on the phone with no answer. Not even an indication of how long to wait..nPoor service.

First visit to Thansen. Yesterday I bought a gas stove with three ceramic plates and 3 power levels up to 4.2kw for 990kr.nnWent home and tested it according to the instructions. The gas to the plate in the middle did not seem to flow evenly and did not ignite. The gas to the other two worked as they should. So a defective product.nnWent there today and wanted to exchange it for a working one.nnThansen then wanted it to be complained about and sent away. During that time I would have to spend money for a new one without knowing if I would get my money back for the defective one.nnThis is not how you build trust with your customers. Who pays for my time? Terribly poor customer service.nnFound the same product cheaper at one of the competitors 3 minutes away. It worked exactly as it should.nnWill never buy anything else from Thansen.

I do not recommend buying tires from this store because the wait will take an unlimited amount of time. I had no luck with the service in this store. I paid 100% for the tires on October 27 and have not received them until today. The seller was supposed to take 50% in advance, but did not. On November 10, I arrived at this store and the seller promised to call me the next day and tell me when I could get my tires, but he did not do so until today. Unfortunately, the store's advertising is not true.nP.S.: I received the tires, but no rims. There was no time to wait. They refunded the money for the rims. The staff is very nice, but the office does not know whether the goods are in the store or not and when the deliveries will arrive. For this reason, I advise you to buy the product if it is available directly in the store.

Quite disappointed with the staff's knowledge and that they didn't have much of the range in store. Also bought tools torx set which broke on first use.
