Mickans bakficka - Det lilla surdegsbageriet

I was riding in -4 degC and with a head wind of 20up km/h. I burnt out and discovered this bakery. The crossiant was extraordinary which was not over crispy and sweet. I can still remember that perfect crust. I can say the crossiant is better than some famous bakery shops in Göteborg.

Best bakery in Kungsbacka by far. Friendly staff and good service. Highly recommend their sourdough bread, cardamom rolls and raspberry cookies with brown butter.

Best wort bread I've ever tasted! Real herbal flavor and not as sweet as the usual ones. Perfect!

Really, really good sourdough bakery and cafe with fine bread and incredibly good buns, etc. Probably the best in the municipality and one of the best along the west coast.
