I loved this place, very charming delicious bread. The best I've tried in Sweden so far... And I have tried so many bakeries from north to south of the country
Bröd & Malt @ Nääs FabrikernnI’m gonna be honest about my expectations when it comes to small batch nano breweries in general. They are in the hit and miss business at best. So I was pleasantly surprised after sampling Bröd & Malts current offering. Their NEIPA w Idaho7 was really tasty despite the low ABV. The stout had a very clean coffee taste, completely free of adjunct flavours.nnSettings are obviously great and I think this one-year-old brewery could do really well during summer.
Love their pastries and bread which are of great quality and taste, also decently priced. Haven’t had a chance to taste the beer yet as it’s never open when we are there on weekends but hope to get to try it some time.
