The best wood-fired sourdough bread I can remember. Any topping on it would be an insult to bread and bakers.nIn any case, take a quick turn off the 180 into the forest, stop and enjoy.nThese are the little big moments of happiness on a road trip through Sweden.
Nice Sunday trip to Peter Fast and Ann-Sofie at their nice Vedugnsbakery in Brobacken with full bags of sourdough bread and crackers. We had coffee with a warm welcome. Here we go back.
