We are usually super satisfied when we go here. Today, the sandwich, the bun and the cake were on top just as expected. But the coffee was incredibly weak. Not close to the coffee they usually serve or how Swedish standard is. We asked for new coffee but there was none and could not brew new. We were not offered a refund or an alternative so we are very disappointed with the service. We thought we'd bought both bread and gift bags home, but we completely lost the desire and chose to buy it somewhere. It would have been very easy to please us. Just take our disappointment seriously.
