Good place

We have lived in our house since 2022, very satisfied, good service from the office to professional craftsmen, and good prices.

Good house quality. Good sales process. Disastrous handling of defects and subsequent purchases. Unfortunately never again. Despite several confirmations, the company forgot to install a radon protection. We refused to pay a small amount, approved by the insurance, the municipality and the KA, until the radon saturation is not complete the company threw away the first radon saturation canister and from that point on it only went downhill. Construction manager P.A. lied to the municipality and the insurance during the final inspection, the CEO threatened to sue despite the insurance, the municipality and the KA proving us right and refused to take action on defects in the construction such as a water valve, holes in the ceiling, crooked facade panels, etc. until we had paid everything. Sandbox level with unpleasant comments. After the radon saturation was complete and fortunately with acceptable results, it took another 8 months until everything was complete the insurance protocol stated that it was after 3 months at the latest. We have zero confidence in this company which seems to have a bad work philosophy from top to bottom, from the CEO via the CFO to the construction manager. The exception is the carpenters who have been on site and did a great job. Too bad they work for Mjöbäcks. I would be wary of this company.
