Good house quality. Good sales process. Catastrophic handling in the event of defects and repurchases. Unfortunately never again. Despite several confirmations, the company forgot to install a radon protection. We refused to pay a smaller amount, approved by the insurance, the municipality and KA, as long as the radon saturation is not ready the company threw away the first radon saturation box and from that point it just went downhill. Construction manager P.A. lied to the municipality and the insurance during the final inspection, the CEO threatened with a lawyer even though the insurance, the municipality and KA gave us the right and refused to take measures for errors in the construction such as water valve, holes in the ceiling, slanted facade panels, etc. until we have paid everything. Sandbox level with nasty comments. After the radon saturation was completed and fortunately with acceptable results, it took another 8 months for everything to be completed in the insurance record it said at the latest after 3 months. We have zero confidence in this company that seems to have a bad work philosophy from top to bottom, from the CEO through the CFO to construction responsibility. The exception is the carpenters who have been on site and did a great job. Too bad they work for Mjöbäcks. I would beware of this company.

Uneven base plate, crooked interior walls, windows that don't line up, 50% scratched window panes, molded backspouts. Yep, then you've come to the right place.

Extremely unprofessional! Many errors in their construction and so they are extremely difficult to get in touch with! They try to tire you out, offer no compensation, and try to make it as difficult as possible for you. Warn about this company.
