Mr Falafel

Have been a regular customer at this place for several years and their food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff are very friendly. Their falafel is super tasty, and if you are lucky, you get one to snack on while you wait for your order. They recently started with baguettes, cheese steak style. Unfortunately they were out of the kind that I wanted, so I ended up ordering the fajita one instead. I was not disappointed! Very good! The bread was tasty and crispy, and did not fall apart, and the filling was very good and with different flavors than their other dishes. This place is definitely worth a stop if you are in Malmö!

I’ve been eating here quite a lot under 2022-2023 until the word were out that the falafel rulle I’ve always been eating wasn’t vegan milk in the normal bread even though we asked and said we wanted that many times.. I held myself back quite a bit before deciding to write this updated review. I love a lot of the ingredients here.. but I feel.. betrayed and I’ve lost my trust in this place now.nnI’ve since heard that you “can” get it vegan by actively choosing a much dryer bread.. but I’ve never felt like I would want that..nn1 star extra only because the food here is fresh and nice in that way.

Edit 11/2022: I have unfortunately heard that they took away the vegan menu. I have not been there to see it myself, so I will leave this review on here, also in hope that they realise how good it was nnThe best vegan Rulle with loads of vegan protein options. It’s so good that I had lunch, munch and dinner there. From the sauces and the fresh veggies they put in there, even pomegranate. It’s so good that whenever I pass by Malmö I have to stop there. It’s so good that I have to tell everyone I know of being nearby to stop there. I might even say that it is the best I ever had and all the Falafel places in Stockholm, and all Sweden are a joke except Amo in Rågsved. The service is super fast and and the people working there always super friendly and kind.nnUpdate: Unfortunately it seems that they have stopped with their vegan menü!!

Wonderful falafels indeed! The best ones that I have ever tried :. And even though they can be busy on rush hours, but still they prepare the food professionally and with care and respect. Already 2 times I was there and both times it was a pleasure for me to watch how they prepare food and also taste it. Its an Art nNice and tasty, strong recommendation from me. I am sure I will be frequent client there. Have tried rulle and plate falafels
