Vukcái

It was my first time in this area of Skåne. We took a day trip here and found Vukcái on google. The owners were incredibly friendly, the sushi was fresh and so very delicious. We went for the combo set and we loved it all. Each of the uramaki had balanced and well-thought out flavours. It was a little on the chilly side sitting outside but we had blankets and keep us nice and cosy. Cannot wait to visit again!

This is an akward review. The food was good but there were issues.nFirst, when we arrived at 3:15 pm, they were open but half the menu was unavailable no sushi, no smothies - we went there for sushi so this was a let-down but Ok, somwewhat understandable - we ordered chicken pokebowl and jakiniku sallad instead.nWhen we got home 45 minutes drive we discovered that they had mixed up the order swapped chicken/jakiniku.nnUnfortunately, the guy at the restaurant seemed generally uninterested in serving customers, so we are not surprised.nnThe location was nice though.

Wow. For such an unassuming location, this is genuinely some of the best sushi I have ever had. I’m from Canada, we have decent sushi. This was next level. The people working there were kind and helpful. We ordered an assortment 30 pieces. My only regret is that I didn’t order more. Also, it was so beautifully packaged for takeaway. We’ll be back.

We went there to eat Sushi for lunch. As they could not serve Sushi before 4 pm due to one of their Chefs being currently on Summer vacation, we only bought their smoothies and wanted to come back later. However, the smoothies were fresh and delicious. We had a conversation with the owner who was really friendly and offered us to try two meat dishes. The dishes inc Korean chicken were really yummy! We are definitely coming back for more :

Wow what a hidden gem. Smaller store that serves amazingly yummy sushi, salads and poke bowls. Lots of great tasting ingredients and awesome service. Yes, it is not the cheapest lunch in town poke bowls are ~150, but definitely some of the best. Great value. No indoor seating but lots of outdoor seating. Vegan and gluten free options available.
