Nice meeting place for the midsummer celebrations.
Local history and traditions
This place is, in other words, the beginning of Smedjebacken's life as a village. It has preserved many things from the 19th century and earlier as well. There are many old houses and on Sunday there is the Norrbärke Hembyggsgård walking tour and then everything is open for people to see what it was like back then. Nice workers when I worked there in the summer
Cozy to visit when you are nearby. The Midsummer celebration is great. Many beautiful old buildings to look at.
