Norrköping Police Station

A police station for issuing passports and identity cards is very large. Excellent treatment. There is no free parking for cars.

Many thanks to the incredible 3 nice policemen who visited the Axel amusement park at 5 pm.nIncredibly nice, very observant feels safe and that is very important for us parents with small children. And last but not least, super nice to children.nLittle Gabriel got a nice present from one of them and it was a police car.nJust want to mention that there was a girl and 2 boys.nWe really appreciate your efforts.nnMany thanks once again, and we hope to see you more often .nnEtc./ super satisfied parents

Completely incompetent! Went there to get answers to some questions and got no answers but was directed to call 114 14 to be connected to the right department. Calls 114 14 who says the queue is about 30 minutes but only arrives after 90 minutes. Rude person answers, connects me to another rude person who says that he is not in charge of those issues and shows no understanding that I just followed their instructions. Terrible, you really feel let down!

Bad treatment, staff are grumpy for no reason, you get confused if you have a case there.

Sat here and waited more than 30 minutes just to get the pass parked outside, more than SEK 50 per hour. Review your routines!!!
