Incredibly bad at de-escalating situations. Karens who power trip and throw people into drunk cells for no good reason. Also refuses to give out their name or ID to avoid complaints. Disgusting behavior.
I was photographed for a new passport here on April 28. The passport was ready to collect on June 3 at any police station
Nice staff and super fast service, photographed for passport on a Wednesday and was able to pick it up on Friday two days later
My mistake was resolved thanks to the extreme sense of service of the police in Östhammar. It took two minutes for my mistake to be erased. I will receive the passport in four days. Hooray Hooray.
