So good
Ockelbogårds are the definition of poor customer service. As long as everything is going well, they are not heard from, but the day problems arise – then they hide. As soon as something requires responsibility or compensation for their failures, they are stone dead. They talk beautifully about satisfied tenants, but in reality they work hard to make themselves as unpopular as possible. Sending a bottle of mail is demonstrably more effective than reaching them by email
Good landlord, nice welcome.
They charge too high rents to their tenants... Mostly they are older...
Nice residential areas but neglected in maintenance
