You can charge the previous occupant costs when you move even though damage is included in previous records. Never put anything up on the walls, no furniture allowed. Have no ceiling lights. Have no children in the apartment. Moving out cleaning, yes there is no moving out cleaning good enough. The perfect tenant is one who has no furniture and never stays in the apartment.
